	For 25 years Tŷ Gwydr Greenhouse has been hot housing groups and organisations that set out to make a better world, responding to people's needs and the challenges of caring for our environment. ................................ Organisations based in Tŷ Gwydr Greenhouse: Datblygu Bangor Development - The Development Trust for Bangor Family Planning Association - Providing sex education to vulnerable groups Projects based at Tŷ Gwydr: Greenlight Video: A youth video project financed by the Social Risk Fund Intercultural Skills Link - A project to enable people of different ethnic and cultural background to access the skills and information and networks they need to settle in North Wales Other Groups and Activities Tŷ Gwydr Greenhouse is run by volunteers who recognise the importance of our work fostering community and voluntary sector projects. The main income for the centre is from office and room rentals and from the ground floor shop. The Greenhouse Shop The shop sells local and fair trade goods including food, crafts, clothes and stationary. There are also CDs of local recording artists on sale and a range of publications with a local or ethical angle. All sale items are stocked on sale or return with Tŷ Gwydr Greenhouse taking a modest commission. .................... The shops entire purpose is ethical, making it one of the best places in Bangor to look for gifts. Resources Available: Meeting Rooms: Group Room: This room can seat up to 30, but is well suited for meetings of 20 people seated around tables. The room is regularly used for Yoga and kung Fu Classes for up to 10 people. The room is equipped with a flip chart. Computers and projection equipment is available by arrangement. Studio Room: This smaller meeting room is suitable for meeting of up to 12 people, but with a polished wood floor and its excellent natural light, is ideal for a wide range of creative activities.
